Acceptance of Terms

You confirm that you are authorized to book this appointment and that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For specialty services—including keratin treatments, extensions, smoothing treatments, or multi-hour color sessions—48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

By booking, you authorize Danielle Marie Hair Co. to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Payment Authorization

You agree to be responsible for all charges resulting from services rendered. Danielle Marie Hair Co. reserves the right to charge your saved payment method for any unpaid balances, no-show fees, or late cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in reduced service time, rescheduling, or applicable fees if the appointment cannot be completed.

Modifications to Bookings

Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless otherwise approved by management.

Specialty services require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Redo Policy

Redo concerns must be reported within 7 days of your original appointment.

While we will always strive to accommodate adjustments, we cannot guarantee availability within that window.

Redos are scheduled at the discretion of management and are not eligible for refunds.

Emergency Exceptions

In rare, documented emergencies, Danielle Marie Hair Co. may waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

Limitation of Liability

All services are performed by licensed professionals to the best of their ability, based on consultation and hair condition.

Danielle Marie Hair Co. is not liable for allergic reactions, previous damage, or outcomes beyond the value of the original service.
